- Counters cleared, wiped and sanitized
- Backsplash degreased
- Stovetop and knobs degreased
- Range hood exterior wiped
- Microwave inside and out
- Appliance fronts and handles polished
- Sink scrubbed, faucet descaled and shined
- Cabinet fronts spot-cleaned
- Table and chairs wiped
- Small appliances wiped
- Trash emptied, bin wiped, liner replaced
- Light switches and handles disinfected
- Floor vacuumed, edges detailed
- Floor mopped
Bathrooms 14 points
- Toilet bowl, seat, base and behind
- Tub scrubbed
- Shower walls and door de-scummed
- Glass squeegeed streak-free
- Sink and vanity scrubbed
- Faucets and fixtures descaled and shined
- Mirror streak-free
- Cabinet fronts wiped
- Towels folded or hung
- Toilet paper faced, spare stocked if provided
- Trash emptied, liner replaced
- Switches and handles disinfected
- Floor vacuumed, corners detailed
- Floor mopped
Living areas & bedrooms 12 points
- Surfaces dusted top to bottom
- Picture frames and décor dusted
- Lamps and shades dusted
- Electronics wiped (screens dry-dusted)
- Cushions straightened and fluffed
- Upholstery vacuumed
- Beds made, linens changed if left out
- Mirrors and glass tables streak-free
- Door handles and switches disinfected
- Cobwebs removed from corners and ceilings
- Carpets and rugs vacuumed
- Hard floors mopped
Final walkthrough 10 points
- Every room checked against this list
- Lights off, windows as found
- Trash and recycling taken out
- Supplies and equipment removed
- Doors locked, keys and codes returned
- Before and after photos taken
- Photo report sent by text
- Notes left for anything we couldn't reach
- Next visit confirmed if recurring
