Post-Construction Cleaning: questions
Do you remove construction debris or leftover materials?
No. We clear the fine dust and residue that settles after a renovation, but we don't haul away construction debris, scrap materials, or heavy waste.
When should this be booked after a renovation finishes?
Once the contractor's work is fully done and any heavy debris is already cleared out, so the dust clean is the last step before the space is used.
Does this cover the whole home or just the renovated area?
Either. Tell us which rooms need the dust clean when you book, whether it's one renovated room or the whole home after a larger project.
Will this remove paint fumes or odors?
The clean removes dust and residue; it isn't a substitute for ventilating the space after painting.
How is this priced?
By square footage, with a $400 minimum, never an hourly rate. A $70 deposit applies since this is a post-renovation booking.
