Do you clean walk-up buildings with no elevator?
Yes. Tell us which floor you're on and we'll plan the visit accordingly.
How do you get in if I'm not home?
A key, lockbox or door code works. Just tell us how to reach your unit and any buzzer or entry code the building uses.
Will you follow our building's move-in or vendor rules?
Yes. Send us any building rules, sign-in requirements or scheduling windows when you book and we'll work within them.
