Do you clean furnished or empty units?
Both, but pricing and the checklist are built around an empty or nearly empty unit, since that's when cabinets, closets, and appliances get the full detail pass.
Can I schedule this around my lease end date?
Yes. Tell us your move-out or move-in date when you book and we'll schedule around it, including tight turnarounds between tenants.
Do I need to be there for the clean?
No. Most move-in/move-out cleans happen with a key, lockbox, or door code, especially when the old and new occupants aren't overlapping.
What if the landlord finds something missed at inspection?
Report it within 24 hours and we'll send someone back for a free re-clean of what was missed.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a $70 deposit applies to move-in and move-out bookings.
