Unit Turnovers

Yes. Every visit ends with a photo report sent by text, so you have proof of service for each building or unit without visiting in person.
How fast can you turn over a unit between tenants?
Tell us the move-out and move-in dates and we'll work the turnover into that window.
Can you manage a schedule across several properties?
Yes. After a walkthrough of each property, we can set a recurring schedule across your portfolio.
Do you clean laundry rooms and trash rooms?
Yes, those are part of the standard common-area checklist along with lobbies, hallways and stairwells.
How is pricing set for a building or portfolio?
Common areas of a 3-to-6-unit building are $85 per visit. A landlord turnover of 3 or more empty units booked together is $225 per unit for a 1 bed, $300 for a 2 bed and $400 for a 3 bed. Larger buildings or portfolios are priced after a free walkthrough.
