Routine janitorial cleaning is a standing schedule — weekly, twice weekly or a custom cadence — for businesses and buildings that need consistent upkeep, not a one-time visit. It covers the full space: entries, floors, restrooms, break areas and trash removal, on the days you set.
Small offices from $110 per visit. Larger spaces are quoted after a free walkthrough.

How do you quote a janitorial contract?
A small space under 3,000 sq ft is $110 per visit weekly ($475 a month) or $95 per visit twice weekly, published up front. Larger buildings or a custom schedule are quoted after a free walkthrough.
Will we always get the same crew?
On recurring accounts, yes — the same cleaner or team is assigned to your building.
