Terms of Service
These terms apply to cleaning services booked with Esmero Cleans and to use of www.esmerocleans.com. By booking a clean you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
Our prices are flat and published before you book; we never bill by the hour. Your price is based on the home size, service and neighborhood you give us. If the home differs significantly from that, we confirm any change with you before we start. Work beyond the quoted scope is only done after you approve it by text. Larger commercial spaces are quoted after a free walkthrough.
First clean
The first clean on a recurring plan is deeper and costs 1.75 times the regular price. We credit the extra back on your third regular visit.
Booking and access
You don't need to be home. Please provide access instructions (key, lockbox or code) when you book, and let us know about pets, alarms or areas we should not enter. The minimum booking is $115.
Payment
Pay by Zelle, cash or card; the price is the same whichever you choose. There is no sales tax on cleaning in Massachusetts and supplies are never billed separately. Move-outs and post-renovation cleans require a $70 deposit to hold the date; every other clean is paid after it's done. Tips are never expected.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- Free with at least 48 hours' notice, including by text.
- $50 if you cancel or reschedule inside 48 hours.
- $70 inside 24 hours, or if we can't get into the home at the scheduled time.
- Visits that fall on a holiday are rescheduled at no charge.
Our guarantee
If anything on our checklist was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean it at no charge. Please report any other concern within the same 24 hours so we can resolve it.
Referrals
When someone you refer books, you each get a $25 credit after their second visit.
Health and safety
Our team may decline to clean areas that are unsafe, including biohazards, pest infestations, mold or heavy objects that require moving equipment.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
